Step 1: Extract the ResetWindowsUpdates.rar file
Note: If you don’t file extractor software then you can download here click here to download WinRAR 64bit and WinRAR for 32bit
Step 2: Right-click on file ResetWindowsUpdate.cmd and select Run as administrator.
After opening this file it will look like the below picture. There are many options to choose from,
Step 3: Select the option which you want, like if you want to reset your windows update components then press 2 and hit Enter. You can delete temporary files and a lot of other options. Select as you want.
