When you are installing McAfee product on your computer when you get a McAfee White screen interface or page, it’s come because of the below reason…
1) Internet Browser Setting Issues
Reset your Internet Explorer.
a) Open “run” command box
b) Type in that box “inetcpl.cpl”
c) Click “OK”
After click OK, you will get a new window “Internet Properties”
1) Go to “Advanced” Tab
2) Click “Restore advanced setting”
3) Click “Apply”
4) Click on “Reset” and
5) Check the box for “Delete personal setting”
5) Check the box for “Delete personal setting”
6) Hit “Reset”,
7) Click “OK”

2) Registry key is not correct
After the first step, Download the Registry Key Batch file from the link that I have given below:
After downloading this file, extract it and run it as administrator.
If it’s prompted, click “Yes” in the User Account Control box.
After that, Restart the Computer.
If you still have the same issue, go to step 3.
3) Java is not up to date
First, verify java on your computer through Internet Explorer with the below link…
After Installing and Verifying the Java on your computer Run Command Prompt as Administrator.
After that, Paste this Four Script on CMD window.
REGSVR32 JSCRIPT.DLL
REGSVR32 VBSCRIPT.DLL
REGSVR32 JSCRIPT9.DLL
REGSVR32 MSXML3.DLL
After that, Reboot the Computer.
Same issue Go for Step 4.
4) Windows display drivers are not installed
Try to download the latest software for your Computer display.
5) Some Windows software updates are not installed
If you are still getting the same problem, try to update your Windows Operating System.
