Note: Before doing the below step create a restore point. To create a restore point, click on start and search for Create a restore point and select it. from that screen, click Create and put a name for restore and click OK. This is done.Step 1: Scan for Malware, for this you can use Malwarebytes. below is the link
Step 2: Restart your computer.
Step 3: Uninstall the Malwarebytes, and restart again your computer.
Step 4: Scan for Adware, you can use the adw tool from Malwarebytes. adw tools help you for PUP/LPI (Potentially Undesirable Program), Toolbars, Hijacker (Hijack of browser’s homepage). below is the link for it.
Step 5: It will ask for reboot your computer. Click on Reboot.
Step 6: Remove the temp and prefetch files.
Step 7: Restart your computer and use it.
